Lynnee Holder Poems

Her words were
Warped—silent
Yet strong
Got tired of living
...

He’s brown
And tan
And tall
And gloom
...

Fighting the good fight against this caning.
My poor body I am draining
Stretching my reach, straining my mind
I try, I try- -up- -up—I climb
...

Ev'rybody ain't meant to shine,
Some of us got's to keep walkin'
'dat line.
...

Pitch Black Dark
Days, no existence
I walk & walk- -
For miles- behind me
...

Children are a blessing, this I know
My sons are my life and I love them so
I am here because of them, this
You can believe; they are my rays
...

Are you real?
I don’t know
In my life
You come and you go
...

The Best Poem Of Lynnee Holder

Beautiful Sylvia

Her words were
Warped—silent
Yet strong
Got tired of living
So she- -moved on.

Inspired by thee
So beautiful & free
No longer here
The Lady be

She’s gone into
A poet’s realm
No longer tired
Frail or pale

She’s left this world
Left all this pain
She was a pearl
I wished my friend.
