I think I am finally steady
I just needed to prepare
So that i could see that you dont care

Living isnt easy
Loving isnt either
I want to go through life with you always and forever

For somebody so content, you are cracking.
You are seeing all these flaws and components you are lacking.
For somebody who was once the care free hippie, you are being violent.
You cannot hold back those feelings of hurt and torment.

I am sick
I am sick of being someone I am not
I am tired
I am tired of having to lie to everyone

You're moving on from a broken heart,
You're picking up the peices of it falling apart.
Picturing life in the arms of someone else,
Fixing your future, doing whatever helps.

Life is Life,
only one thing is for sure, that is death.
The one thing that you know will happen in your life.
But this one thing, is also that one thing you are more afraid of than anything.

The grasses were blown into motion.
The stars seemed to burst out of explosion.
Branches and leaves made something like a llullabye.
So calm and relaxed, but i was alone under the sky.

Well, I am J.jay. I am not really an important person. I just found this site to post my stuff. I dont want attention, I just want opinions... I Believe in peace Most of my writings are about my love PB. Which is now a past love of mine. I have been through alot in my whole 16 years of life, i know i have a ton more coming too. I will be a junior this coming year, and there is always drama and tears in high school. What ever comes, comes and i will be ready for it =) And hopefull you will too, because i will be writing on here about it. Well, my life is in my writings. Okay, I am ready
I think I am finally steady
I just needed to prepare

You dont see that she has you in a trance
Heck, I dont even stand a chance
You dont even care about how bad i am feeling
I guess there is just something you find about her that is much more apealing
You have now become her little pet
And soon I will become someone you will forget
Its now up to her, when we are through
Its up to her, when she breaks up me and you
Forgive me for all that i have said
Forgive me for crying here in my bed
I am truly and utterly inlove with you
But she has decided she wants you too
As the end of us comes near
I begin to feel afraid of my biggest fear.

Jay Jay you write from the heart and so emotional too. Some of your poems, if not all, I can identify with. When you can make the reader 'see' themselves n those situations, then you have done your job well as writer. What was it Whoopi Goldberg said in Sister Act 2? She was talking to the girl who wanted to be in the choir but her mother wouldn't let her. Whoopi gave her a book, and told her the story of what the author told someone when they said they wanted to be a writer. 'If you wake up in the morning, and say to yourself, 'I want to be a writer' then you're a writer.' I think I will watch that movie later. LOL.
