Giorgio Veneto (Athens, Greece)
Reflecting blade with sun to glare
bushido mei, jigane steel
the plum trees stand on crimson flare
and ancestors' primordial spiel.
In playful ways the leaves of Spring
shall shine for once on warlords' path
the tsuka ito's mauve shall cling
as close as shades of demons' wrath.
Daito koto shining flame,
moves fast in light to mow and spill
where prowess leads confronting claim
of diligence, and wit's distill.
Yew Sun upon the mountain slopes
where crows shall cross the gods' steel gate
abraid in soul the stalwart's scopes
katana mei - the peaks await.
