Alice Kwan Poems

I see the sun, shining every one eles out.
His brilliance makes me lust.
So bright and lovely.
So incredibly marvelous.

2.

The cloak of water covering the eyes,
The blurring of vision.
The clear cloak breaks and rolls,
Warm, but uncomforting drops run their course
...

Oh why? Cannot i sleep through the day
Waste many sorrows i do in sunlight,
though night erases my mind, blackness
Oh how I enjoy it so. To go to the place of the non-knowing
...

Pouring for many hours has come to a stop
the pitter-patter on the roof is slient
the sound of nails hitting the ground in soft hanging thumps
is no longer there. The light shines through the wall of clouds
...

Smooth tears leave a trail of water as they roll down my cheeks
Why did i let it go this far?
Far enough to erase my identity like the dry dust that blows away in the desert
To a far land, stranger to every thing
...

Pain, heart broken, lost, and lonely
I in the crowd, i only
Alone by myself, again
left over and over no end.
...

Soft cheeks, with a dash of pink
Beautiful blue eyes that stare into mine

Thin silky hair, golden like the sunset
...

8.

Sitting in the window, purring to herself
Sitting in the window, theres her and no one eles
Sitting in the window, i come up slowly
Sitting in the window, now not so lonely
...

The sky is bear and hardly blue
it opresses me down
down, down, down
so bear and plain
...

The day is coming when the race is on
Fear reflects against my eyes.
Breathing fast, when the day has yet to come
Everyone saying there nothing to worry about
...

Bright eyes look up at me
Curls and laughs, so nicely,

My love is there in the little one
...

12.

Left behind and passed by
One day only, every one different
Images fade from the cabinet
And soon everything is gone
...

13.

Imagine going black,
Imagine absolute silence.
No thoughts, no movements
Stuck in a world of blank.
...

14.

Am i no more than a chair, a rock?
to you i am probably something less

I stand strong though
...

15.

One night i wish to stare
into the holder of the stars.

The holder of the moon
...

A day without time would be as hectic as the wings of hummingbirds
It would be as crazy as ocean waves on a windy day
But in some way, losing time might be peaceful
It would be as calm as a river with no motion
...

17.

Today was like one of my dreams
A flash of many images, that cannot be remembered.
My memory fails me, for i cannot even remember waking up,
But here, the daylight shines through my window.
...

Every night curled on my bed, looking at the stars,
Look! Look how many there are.
Every day I cry, sitting on my window place,
And I think only of your lost face.
...

Chained up and tied down
Like a prisoner of my own mind.
I would never let myself go,
Every raise would be two more falls.

The Best Poem Of Alice Kwan

Just A Star

I see the sun, shining every one eles out.
His brilliance makes me lust.
So bright and lovely.
So incredibly marvelous.

And i a humble star,
Laying in dark space
Couldn't admire the sun more.
He is my very life, my own breathe.

But the sun loves the moon.
That cold piece of dross.
She doesn't deserve the warmth he brings.
Shes icy and lifeless.

But they love each other,
They are the balance
The night and day.
And i am a star, just a star.

A little piece of light,
Not big enough to count.
I am nameless until some ones buys me.
While the sun and the moon dance.
