That’s the noise
All around me

All guarding her and not
Allowing anything to come
In and touch or heal her

A cat and a bat
Strangely enough
There in love

My Only gift
Is kept inside
Waiting to be out

Cold Rainy Afternoon
Nothing to do
and its cold

Today I danced in
The rain but
Not alone
...

Slowly the fog and mist
Come out in to the night
And a drizzle begins to fall

She carried around a book
A small book
Where once in a while it
Would be seen
