Wangdi Gyalpo Poems

After so many dusks and dawns,
I sat in my couch, calm and composed
Unrestrained by mind
and even unresolved
...

When all mortals
Retires to their cozy couch
After days exhaustion…
I find myself awake
...

With lachrymose eyes
and visage turned pale
I dreamt to dream not
for all my dreams are alike
...

Slapped by the cruel hands of time
Discarded as a waste by everyone
And abandoned from cozy lap of fortune
Loitering was I…
...

The cam burned green with thy beauty...

hides herself into darkness,
...

Ah! I am here to tell you Daden,

Moments spent with you was flower full of garden.
...

Ah! Once again.
Darkness came
rejoicing it’s victory over light.
And smiles…
...

Circumstances.
Gone are those days
and with it
all those feelings
...

Ah! Fragile bosom of mine
aches and bleeds,
to witness...
those flowers that
...

Concocted and submerged
into cocktail of dilemma
pushing am I,
my life with
...

Suffocated am I now
With my own emotions
And witnessing tumult
Of contradictory thoughts.
...

As I nowlay vacant...
pondering, thinking and suspecting.
Not about others…
but about self.
...

The Best Poem Of Wangdi Gyalpo

Voices From Emotions. By Wangdi Gyalpo

After so many dusks and dawns,
I sat in my couch, calm and composed
Unrestrained by mind
and even unresolved
I commence writing something,
then the thirst and hunger
of paper pacified
and were quenched.

Then came my emotion...
Gushing, spouting, spreading, spurting and
gliding into my being
and whishpered...
in a tone; oh so pure and melodious
like a nightingale singing in a dark night
I knew and know
you can't stop writing.
