Apologetic
I may be skillful with words
but not good with love.
so before this go long,
I put a stop
to this dreadful cause.
i took an oath in blood
to continually believe love is false
before worse comes to worse
I will be far gone
escaping the words
and bitter cause
and not to prolong
this mistaken fall,
and to avoid consequential slumps
i say am sorry to the one I once loved.
