Cry From The Wise Poem by tomisin eshton

Cry From The Wise

Rating: 3.0

God; righteous one, why! ! !
What is happening in our time
Truth has been replaced with lies,
A suit and a tie
That is all that matters
Cooperate, that's how I put it.
The true worshippers
They have lost the spirit
They ask what is there to it.
Flesh eating spirit
Unclean skeleton
Empty soul
Yet they claim they know,
That they know God.
They dance and sing,
Tear and weep,
Worship with the lips,
But all is not real.
Even the shepherd
Is far from the fields
Guiding but yet in exchange for pennies and rubies.
Where is our salvation?
