Shorty

As if he was the only short e,
Shorty said alf,
ralavant, alaphant and Malbourne,
halth, walth and stalth.

Shorty ate agg for brakfast
and greeted either hi or hallo.

A beating one day, however,
taught Shorty to say guy or mate
and, to be careful saying fallow.
