she's deaf and she's slow.
you might just step on her,
watch out where you go.

and yet the years have passed...
the good times linger in my mind from time to time..
but never seem to last.

I remember the day that Jerry brought her home,
it seems so long ago.
we welcomed her in, to help heal our hearts,
from the loss of our beloved Shilo.

I am fragile and will break if you drop.
