Sagini Brian Poems

Hatred! ...
Doubt may be a poor encouragement to do anything, but it is a bad reason for doing nothing,
Oh daughter of hatred.
They have broken me,
...

Time is infinite, as time takes its toll...I still stand
Still unmoved... even after eon's and gradual changes
Under the sun
I have seen so much to reflect upon
...

In vessels of dust, longing resides,
In stillness draped, where quiet prevails,
Once vibrant beings now reduced
To these containers, forever and fused

Hatred

Hatred! ...
Doubt may be a poor encouragement to do anything, but it is a bad reason for doing nothing,
Oh daughter of hatred.
They have broken me,
Because I was being sincere to your chaos.
Gnawed on my innocence to the depths of my soul
What is my soul made of?
I have done nothing but love willingly
Yet here I lie in turmoil covered in with a stench of sorrow
Oh blessed daughter
Avenge us
We are weak in our voices
But our strength resides in your spirit..

Interesting, but not clear enough for me and I'll not say much more about this poem. I like what the 1st 2 lines say. ;) '

'I am interested in the way that we look at a given landscape and take possession of it in our blood and brain. None of us lives apart from the land entirely; such an isolation is unimaginable. If we are to realize and maintain our humanity, we must come to a moral comprehension of earth and air as it is perceived in the long turn of seasons and of years.'
