other than you take my breath away
but i must admit that i am scared
for a heart brake i am not prepared

I try so hard to keep smiling,
But I'm fed up, tired of trying,
The pain overwhelms, inside I'm dying,
For I'm growing up too fast,

I've gone through so much pain,
not physical, but emotional,
My mom didn't care,
my dad wasn't there,

she really takes away the pain,
When I'm down she lifts me,

I hate this world, and my life
Inside I'm numb, my soul's like ice,

your bearing a gift
theres a feeling growing inside
To walk the lonely road of an unknown place,

If i see you crying i will cry with you,
to see you hurt, to see you suffer,
will be the worst thing to imagine

that many think about, it was about 1 yr ago,
winter, white outside, land covered in snow,

A Teen left desolate,
To walk a painful, depressed road,
It's dark for shadows can't be seen,

One day we will meet
But not until my heart stops to beat,
Then, you can have my last breath,
For I am not afraid,

I hear the winds whispers,
For they bring me a name,
I look into the ocean,

Confused, going crazy
just one of those days,
I cant think straight
Don't know what to do

If I could say it in a way that would lift you,
blow you away, and bring you to me,
I can say the wind blew you my way,
To know that I will have someone to spend my life with

(I really like to hear what people have to say about my poems so send me a comment, and give me some tips or tell me what you think) i want feedback people i grew up with my mom in a small town in New Mexico, I lived with her till i was 12, then i got sent away, to live in a foster home, i lived there for about 2 yrs, then my dad took custody of me when i was 14, i lived with him for about 2 yrs then i moved up to Oregon to live with my older brother, so here i am, living my life, working, keeping busy, i have been writing poems for about 1 month, so I'm new at this, please don't make fun! I'm graduated, I Work as a data entry specialist, for a company i will not name)

i don't know what to say
other than you take my breath away
but i must admit that i am scared
for a heart brake i am not prepared
i think you are great
and its awesome we're in the same state
all my life i did await
for the day that fate
would find me a soul mate
could this be you
do you feel this way too?
It's like a new door in my life has opened
Wondering whats coming next, waiting hoping
You are a drug that brings wonderful feelings,
with all the things our minds concealing
these deep thoughts we're revealing
looking up at the sky, it's colors are an expression,
can't wait Teacher for my cooking lesson.
you make me cry such happy tears
you eliminate all my fears
for once in my life im at a loss for words
i can hear the singing of all the birds
there is something i must confess
but u probably already guessed
that i am impressed
at the way your able to express
the way you feel
it seems so unreal
but also so ideal
I feel Honored, what a treat
I think my heart just skipped a beat,
you'll be the girl, when all is bad
to pick me up when I am sad,
to calm me when I am mad
letting your feeling's show
with this in mind we shall grow,
BEAUTIFUL are you, your word's melt the snow
you swept me off my feet
i've never met a girl so sweet
you make me feel like all is right
you make the heavens seem so bright
you make my heart beat fast
i pray that this will last
until the end of time
if it doesn't it will surely be a crime
