Ritika Deborah George Poems

Sitting alone her memories unfold
Memories that made her smile;
That swayed her awhile
From today to yesterday, from present to past
...

Keeping you for so long in my body
Feeling you taking a complete form of body

You were the best smile to wear
...

Tender like a flower, soft as silk
She was standing in beautiful pink
Brown hairs twirling in the air
Like bees buzzing around the colorful flair
...

THE I-M-POSSIBLE DREAM

On an early morning flight, he came out bright
As the sun beamed his eyes gleamed
...

Years and months passed by
My teary trails it couldn't dry

My eyes on road still set
...

कैसी अजब रीत है ये
कहाँ से अाया गीत है ये
एक कहे दूसरे घर जाना है परायी है तू
दूजा कहे तू कैसे जाने हमे, पराये घर से आई है तू
...

We, created by eternity
To stand together in unity

Designed by the only one
...

There was a girl like me but smartly witty unlike me
Style craziness connected far apart people like we
Devils knocked down rending us
We mocked around on that fuss
...

Christmas is here
Full of great cheer
Our eyes that glare
From gifts we share
...

Everywhere is peace
That keeps me at ease
Take time, hear and stare
You will feel peace everywhere
...

Blue ferocious eyes looking at me
Nuzzling cuddling with half eyes I see

First glimpse of mine relieving her pain
...

Few days old in an incomplete form
Her dreams in the blood whirled
Before she could see the world
The light in her was dulled
...

In different world midst new faces
I saw a mother in your unknown faces

I knew dreaming with my wide eyes
...

The Best Poem Of Ritika Deborah George

First Lover

Sitting alone her memories unfold
Memories that made her smile;
That swayed her awhile
From today to yesterday, from present to past
Several thoughts came across.
To and fro, high and low, that made her glow.
Some to scorn, some to mourn,
Some came to make her lovelorn.

"I want wings and play with swings, games that made me insane."
Instantly she grinned recalling her win.
"What a silly game", she exclaimed
Apparently that game brought a name;
Name of her life, reason for her thrive.
Lucid eyes like blue skies, hairs were snow white
Soft as feather; deep and flowing like a river
That was her granny, her first lover.
"In granny's arm lied my world
Her love made me a girl with many pearls
Her presence was the essence of my life
Around her my childhood whirled" she sighed
‘One day I'll fly high to reach the sky,
And you will be there right beside'.
‘A handsome man with all charm will take me in his arm;
Will lure me with love' she used to say with a blush.

Today like a mournful yet satisfied soul
Pondering over all that she took over
Hours, years, seasons aside
She kept her granny's teachings abide.
She is a giver, she is a lover
But incomplete without her first lover.
She has whole, but she is not whole.
