The night was clear and beckoning as the dawn approached another sunrise
The campfire's ghost sent its last grey shadow soaring towards the towering mountain
Like the silence of death, the sun appeared along the misty horizon
The camp came slowly to life as a new fire kindled the figures below

Of glacier fed rivers and clear mountain streams.

The peaceful stillness of a clear mountain lake,

Mother Nature

The night was clear and beckoning as the dawn approached another sunrise
The campfire's ghost sent its last grey shadow soaring towards the towering mountain
Like the silence of death, the sun appeared along the misty horizon
The camp came slowly to life as a new fire kindled the figures below
The bear on the mountain was overlooking the steep, white slope to the campsite
The beast upon the mountain-the men below-both with a predestined fate
Was it the hunters or the hunted that foresaw that final moment?
A freight train sound but no tracks in sight, as the avalanche welcomed the night
A peaceful silence prevails, as a full moon appears along the far horizon
Another dawn approaches, as eagles paint their funeral flight.
