(ii)
I believe
I searched too hard for enlightenment
Walking farther from this desolate world
...

Those smells of familiarity so sweet
Flipping through pages of verse by Gevorg Emin
Dog-eared pages; much thumbed pages
All the while, asking and thinking
...

Am I writing life as a poem?
Or is life writing me as a poem?
I don’t know.
...

I was afraid of the Dark
When I was young
As if in its bosom
Waited some Satan from Meung.
...

There are Phantoms in the human mind
Phantoms of lies
Phantoms of truth
Phantoms of Amrita, the girl I loved
...

Wood water fire sky
From these rises a forest
From the forest- a flock of birds

On the path of Life
I met a blind man
Tapping his way out

I don't believe in poetry being bound by the chains of any particular sort of form or expression...it is all about spontaneous flow and rhythm of the words, sounds and the emotions they portray and provoke. I live my art...every moment!)

A Conversation With 'I'-Part(Ii)

(ii)
I believe
I searched too hard for enlightenment
Walking farther from this desolate world
Perhaps I was searching for gold
Yes- the gold of enlightenment
Craving for the soft touch of wisdom
Sitting in a dark forest devoid
Of physical light

I searched for the treasure
Of enlightenment
In the deepest grottoes of Earth
In calmest pools of water
In solitude of non-inhabitance

Alas! They were all wrong places
I forgot to search my own Heart
Beating now and then, calmly
In the midst of this rabid world
Yea! There resided Enlightenment’s gold!
