New Mom, lioness Zari, who
Keeps a watchful motherly eye,
Here at home in Lincoln Park Zoo,
On Pilipili, her young guy,
Instinctively doing all that
Assures the good health of her son
In the behind scenes habitat,
Doing Mom work that must be done.
Mom lets Dad and the two aunts be
Getting more time of show and tell.
All Pilipili's family
Wanting the young cub to be well.
