Yourself

From Yourself being shut away more than usual
for a week to read a swathe of a 400 page Express Loan,
it is no surprise
that some of Express Loan gets into
a Yourself poem or two.

Your sister-in-law, the witch,
not wanting anything to do with you -
don't you think your mouth caused that,
saying that about her husband?

A reader said,
'It made me sorry* that I read,
when Yourself didn't say what.'

'I'll give you a clue:
that he dot dot dot
while he was courting you.'
