Your Hands Poem by Trish Beckwith

Your Hands

Your hands reach out to touch me in the darkness where we lay
I remember old familiar feelings that have been locked away
Your hands strong yet gentle, quick yet slow
Heats my desire to a warm fiery glow

Your hands, your lips so warm and tender yet commanding as we kiss
Brings me to the ultimate moment of unyielding bliss
I render my heart, my soul, and my love to you
Hold them in your hands so powerful and true

Your hands protect these gifts I give and I need you to know
That my love is forever and it will fight any foe
Your hands so strong yet gentle, quick yet slow
You are my one true love and this I need you to know
