Your Day Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Your Day

Your day

Unthankful and cheater
I skip the times when
I could pee, no further.

I cried to converse,
I tried, always failed,
To escape from pain
To my side was mother.

This is least that can say:
"With you I, got my life,
Thanks to you learned to walk
And woman taught me: "Write."

Most of all, you woman,
You made me fall in love.

And last night…
What a night…

I drove by your house,
Prepared, with makeup,
Came to door and smiled.

How can they?
How can they?
How can they?

Single day for woman?
I, as one, feel ashamed!

Hey juries, hold verdict,
Do not rush, no hurry,
Woman is a mother,
Woman is a sister,
Woman is partner,
And woman is daughter.

I agree with you if,
A day for each of them,
And add one for lover…
