Pushing and pulling
You can't make up your mind
You tell me you're sorry
And I'm just left behind
Time goes by
I grow strong
I enjoy our friendship
Then something goes wrong
More pushing and pulling
And I can't break free
You don't understand
What you mean to me
The fear of losing
Consumes me now
I can't make it stop
I don't know how
Despite all of this
You've helped me so much
Your friendship I choose
And I offer a crutch
