A helpless feeling comes over you
Confusion, not knowing what to do
Hoping, praying
Maybe its not true

If there were only some way
To make it stay
Can't help but feel afraid

Will it all be a waste
Pursuing with such haste
How long should one chase
The dream of arriving at this place
