You Don't Know Me. Poem by Oscar Munir

You Don't Know Me.

YOU DON'T KNOW ME.

Sorry I just interrupted your self graduation,
All ready to crown yourself as a person blessed with knowledge,
All this time you have studied nothing but me,
Can clearly see it in your eyes, such boldness and confidence,
Something tells you you now know me A-Z,
If you had stopped one day along the way and thought for a bit,
That maybe I'm not a book you can read from prologue to epilogue,
You would have known for sure,
That even up to now, I'm still unfolding,

OMS.
