Wrote For Her Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Wrote For Her

Wrote for her

Though small her place
She was host I was guest
I lived there, used her bed
-she was, is best friend
-among males and females…

In repose I saw her
Eyes closed
A jungle!

Wrote poem:
-trees are scattered
-yet in row, well-placed

Poured feelings by my pen
-a paper took; published
-excuse to thank her

Wrote of eyes in movements
-in state of the rest,
-and sleep, tranquil
-face relaxed, looks asleep
-both active, inactive

To me she, a diamond
-her bed Louvre
-she reposed
-lied rested to be seen
-I hated the tourists
-kicked them out; only me!

-keep lying
Said my heart,
Wanted to get close
-did not dare
-might wake up…

Hey you know who you are
-you, cause of Russian love
-keep being precious
-may life be your velvet.
