Write on about destinations you want to reach or have reached, about the ups and lows you meet; what did you gain and what was lost; was your journey a bon voyage- when you reflect upon?
Write on things you always wanted to do but never really did, about all the cloaks of lame excuses and circumstances you hid behind to give justification for things you never were determined to do.
Write on what thoughts you had but how worse you acted when it was time to act. Often writing on helps to figure out where you went wrong and what to work on.
