Words Without Meanings Poem by Hebert Logerie

Words Without Meanings

Many words have lost their meanings
Many people have lost their signification
Some people have no respect for their position
Some words have lost their zests and their stings.

This world is different, spooky and facetious
The atmosphere is neither cordial nor friendly
Things are very bad, atypical and incredulous
Somebody is always after your eyes or your kidneys.

Some people wish that you'd fall flat on your knees
For crying out loud, that will not happen easily
A proud man will die standing like a brave soldier.

Many words have lost their taste, gusto or essence
Their originality is irresolute. They make no sense
They are now archaic and they've lost their grandeur.
