Wordless World Of Music Poem by Aniruddha Pathak

Wordless World Of Music

Rating: 5.0

What a joy this nature's sound—
Cicadas when sing,
Out after years underground
And just as soon vanishing!
And bees going mad humming
Whilst gathering nectar,
Or birds when flock together,
Each to each calling,
What a magnificent sound,
We lend when our keen ear.

Music comes from everywhere
In all the world to abound,
Varied tongues from world may differ,
But still no less to astound,
You're moved by what you hear.
No wonder
Wonders every human being:
What is it that so deeply in me bestirs?

Music that transcends language,
Sounds from far off age and stage,
Music beyond words, words beyond meaning,
That rhythm is in harmony with pure sound.

I love how you've incorporated the sound of music to tie all creatures together in this world. This poetic analogy makes the reader contemplate and absorb your words. Great poem.
