Definite is the term I use
For the end of all mortal men
Inevitably it happens like the news
No one lives forever, that's given.

Uncertain is a word that covers
What most of us think after death,
Because none came back to say what's there
If the soul lives in peace or regret.

Grace is the Truth I have found
That a contrite heart God forgives,
The thief on the Cross, in Christ was bound
For heaven's glory, because he believed!

Love is made flesh only in Jesus
No other Word sent to redeem men,
Each Christmas reminds me how truly precious
God's Gift of Love to us was given!
