Winter Is Fast Bird Flight Approaching Poem by Terence George Craddock

Winter Is Fast Bird Flight Approaching

Rating: 5.0

cold skies mean migrating
birds will fly on journeys tiring
world migrations crossing
vast distances traversing
physical flights exhausting
migration routes land sea calling
time warmer climes desiring
travel DNA program initiating

seasonal movements breeding wintering
migration fatality costs mortality predation killing
driven by food sources scarce decreasing
timing initiated by cold day length changing
celestial cues by sun stars migrating navigating
by earth's magnetic field referencing mental mapping

Reading your poem, I am reminded of an article I read couple of weeks ago, regarding an event that occurred at the core of ' Terra ' -its magnetic fields have been altered, and that, could possible affect the future.
