Wings Of An Angel Poem by Ulysses Cabinatan

Wings Of An Angel

Rating: 4.5

Give me wings so that I can fly,

I want to leave this place of melancholy.

Give me wings so that I can go there in your place.

In the abode of happiness and peace.

Give me wings and I’ll fly with you,

and feel like a dove or a lovebird

devoid of miseries and anxieties.

but if not, be an angel to me

an angel with wings of

~love~

~Happiness~

~joy~

and

~gladness~

by then my burdens will be turn to fires of compassion

this heart grown weary because we are apart

this fire of sorrow will be turn to flames of splendor

and in our limbo we will be burning with love
