Will you walk with me, my darling
Will you take me by the hand
Will you tell me that you love me
And that you really understand
Will you sit with me, my honey
Will you listen to what I have to say
Will you remember that I love you
Each and everyday
I love you dear for who you are
And that is how it has always been
Will you stay with me, my darling
And remain close until the end
