I’ll cross out my heart and open my mind
To show you all my unseen emotions
If you want to know the truth on how I feel
Just take my hand and whisper into my ear
That you need to know what I’m thinking
Want to know if I love you
Tell me you’ll understand me no matter what
Or just leave me alone if this isn’t what you want
I cant keep hiding my emotions from you
Its building up to the breaking point
And either you listen well and here my silent cries
Or leave me to drown in my suffocating emotions
I’d die for you if you want me to
I’d kill for you if you gave me the knife to use
Don’t you understand that I would wait an eternity for you
And still you would never see the thoughts of tears
That stream down my face as you walk away
Do you understand that I do everything for you
Put your emotions first over my own
And then deal with my secrete embrace alone
Forgive me if I want your happiness above all else
I’d do anything to see a real smile placed on your face again
Please just stop playing pretend and tell me what is needed to be done
Should I leave for ever or take your hand and show you the way
Or is this battle for your eyes only and for me never to understand
