why you wanna leave,
when all i did was love you?
why you wanna leave,
you could have helped me, through the rain,
but all you did, was leave me in pain,

why you wanna leave,
with all we worked for,
why you wanna leave me,
like you did before,
no explanation at all,
just a closed door,

you shut me out,
in the cold to freeze,
why you wanna leave,
i thought you loved me,

was we all a lie?
why you wanna leave,
leave me for her,
n' the bad she did to you.

you had my heart, from the start.
we both know that,
do you really want to leave?
I can say, I hope not,

but tell me this, my love no more,
why did you leave me,
abandoned and alone,
why you wanna leave?
