Why Poem by Ruma Chaudhuri

Why

Rating: 5.0

Though it's not evening
The rays of light are still bright
The tune is so melancholic
As the mourning tears at night.

The evening flowers became unbloomed
And the birds would never come
The waves are blowing slowly
As there is something wrong.

The silvery stars are covered
Within the folds of dark clouds
The evening breeze is touching the windows
And again going towards the woods.

But no one knows what happened
Why the night is so dark
Only mourning tears are rolling
From the covered silvery stars.
