how could I forget the last time we spoke
its the weight I carry upon me
not what you thought would happen right
is there anything anyone could have done
was your mind made up already
was it a moment of poor judgement
did you ever think of those left to carry on
I beg for answers
I scream for a reason to understand
I cry for an explanation
I should have been there
I'm sorry
I hope you know I love you
I always have and always will
You were never alone
