Who watches this?

Who watches this?
all our well-wishers or friends!
when will it end?
who is there to send us feelers?

people say it is weighed by our sinful acts
human beings react badly
to nature and fellow brethren
this is adding more concerns

Corona has resurfaced
A new variant has appeared
manny lives have been risked again
causing great pain

it is assumed that nature has turned against
to test
the endurance of mankind
it shall be too late to find

millions have perished
the vaccine has not yet reached
the destruction has taken a heavy toll
without waging a war all over

children die
old people try
youth is frightened and afraid
who knows their lives will be laid to rest
