Who Can? Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Who Can?

Who can?

Silent is my room as if in grave
Departed mourning friends

Drunk
Lasts a drop of wine

Chirps the bird
"Are you awake? "
(I think)
The best, the loveliest

Darkness
Long hair; Asian Princess

My night, endless
Lost in itself

Bird's vocabulary strange
Singer's voice honey-milk
Heaven

They dig in
Delve in my heart; mind.

Why?
Who can translate?
