Tearing up old photographs, burning old letters that you sent
Trying every way to start anew
Washing the sheets again and again, walking new paths home
Trying every way to forget you

But you're in my heart, and an important part of my life
And that's where you will always stay
No matter what I do, to try and remove you, I can't deny
Your in my heart, an important part of my life
But I still try...

Looking forward to the day, when I can walk without a thought of you
When I can pass you by, and not look back and cry
