~where Love Grows~ Poem by Theodora (Theo) Onken

~where Love Grows~

Rating: 5.0

You woke me from my deep sleep-
All slumbered for some time~
Nestled near the shrubs of lavender-
Sound sleep it had been mine~

You ever gently seduced me-
With come-hither eyes~
No need words spoken-
Your body language~
A heart's sweet lullyabye-

Warm and gentle loving calm-
It all came over me~
Tender giving lover-
Purveyor of sweet destiny~

Together we are at last alone-
In the vale of lavender and rose~
Touching one anothers soft-
Velvet petal flesh~
In God's Garden Valley-
New Love- it grows~
