Where I Hide Poem by Sean Irvine

Where I Hide

Hiding in my own space
Close my eyes
Let this world become so distant.
Feeling for once free.
Forgetting problems
Falling in the state of self-control
Vulnerable to attack
Releasing every burden of life
Letting life live for me,
Instead of trying to live my own
Not question
Lost answer
Finally thinking for myself
For once numb to emotions
I am all alone
I care not for company
I feel like god.
Or…
I am god
Somehow…
In some way…
The darkness pleases me
I can now say I'm satisfied
I love this…

Sometimes it’s harder to just “let things be.” The state of euphoria can fulfill you. Life is life. The only way to truly live is to let it go. Forget it All! ! You must find a way to satisfy your inner needs. To release the thought of any burden. We must all accept our individuality. BE YOURSELF! ! !

100 Years from now

Maggots crawl through my body. That means physically we are nothing. What I know is that life is spiritual. You can try as hard as you wish to help your physical but that is not life. Ways to be yourself: Speak your own thoughts, don’t copy this poem down and say it as your own. Forget burdens, Bleed with a smile, Know that pain is no more than a signal to the brain. Think of who you are on the inside. And question authority and trust no one but yourself. I can only say that you must let it go. Sometimes letting go is harder than holding on. You must only hope you don’t hit bottom as hard as I did. Don’t kill yourself, Let life kill you. Don’t try to be someone your not. Don’t change for society or humanity. If they cant accept you for you stay the same. Don’t let a doctor tell you that they know best for you. Try to learn from YOUR mistakes not those of others. Physically we are dieing and only can we live through our spirit. BELIEVE NOTHING BUT YOURSELF, and you will live.
