Where God Begins - Poem by Margaret Moran

Always begins where
Human ability ends
Step along with God

Poet's Notes about The Poem

As I live and experience life, I am becoming constantly more aware of the fact that God supplies us with whatever we need. God is very skilled at keeping loving invitations open to us. He does not force us. He leaves us complete freedom to choose our own response given the particular surrounding circumstances. All we need do is to just acknowledge that we need God and that we are willing to step along with Him. Then, to our pleasant surprise, everything falls into place! So THANKS BE TO GOD FOREVER AND EVER. AMEN.

If a man thinks he can help himself why would God come in? Manliness has to end for God to take the responsibility... Good one there (Report) Reply

Why dont you tell me What Really Happened!
    For the last time
Listen please I will say what I know,
i walked out of the liquor store
with a bag of fritos and a red stripe
i held the door open for this white lady
    then proceeded to the car
before i get to the driver side door
    Boom Boom Boom
    Fire Muzzle Powder
    Shatter Windshield
    Yelling Screaming
    Screeching Fleeing
    Sirens Cops and Paramedics
    Back of Cop Car
    To the Station
    And here I am
    Answering Stupid Questions
Because your story sounds like bullshit! Every time you tell it, it sounds like a completely different story. Wont you tell me What Really Happened!
    For the last time
Listen please I will say what I know,
i walked out of the convenient store
with a bag of doritos and a blue moon (Report) Reply
