OH! My dearest Savior and very closet friend
It is whenever I feel all alone in the world
And filled with sadness and darkest despair
I stretched forth my mind's eye and search
For Thee! In my loneliness and emptiness!

OH! I am drowning in a cold deep black hole and bottomless Pit of depression and terrifying despair! I reached out to Thee
With all the essence of my flawed humanity! Crying out in Mine despair for true and lasting deliverance from the hungry
Hounds of hell fire and brimstone! And they were hungry!

I was engulfed in a tunnel of darkness! But alas I could see
A shaft of heavenly light at the ending of the tunnel! I reached Upward with both my hands and all of my might! You did not Send one of your heavenly angels! It was only Thee alone Who rescued and delivered me! I am free eternally!
