When It's All Said And Done Poem by Cookie Matzii

Just a guy,
that has a 'boo'.
I don't have one,
would you mind having two?

But, no, I wouldn't like for that to happen..
I was just being sarcastic.
And frankly, I would like to end up in heaven.

The day came,
I held your hand,
the tension was killing me.
I know you didn't feel a thing,
but the current was flowing all over my body.

Moments before I knew this thing would actually happen,
I had a gut feel,
so perspiration was just drippin'..
water was just escaping my sweaty hands,
and I don't know why.
It was so embarrassing,
'cause your hands were just so, so dry.

Though I really hope you didn't feel
what I've been hiding from you,
I'm guessing I've failed again,
'cause I see that you already do.

I know it's really all my fault.
Why did I write those words in that letter I wrote?
Maybe it's because I thought you wouldn't mind,
so I went with my instinct.
But I feel you've come to find,
that I treat you with such distinct.

But I also feel you've treated me differently
because of that letter,
I didn't really mean for this to happen,
I hope things would get better.

So when it's all said and done..
when you've already built a family,
have a child, even one.
I'd love to know how you're doing,
'cause I promise I won't forget about these things at all.
