When daylight disappears
into the dark of the night

And the sunshine is replaced
by moonlighting

Then everything will change
into a world unknown by light

Everything will change
into silhouettes surrounded by gloom

Who can only follow their own shadows
for there is nobody else there

Haunted by silence
one has to wait till the break of dawn

To realize that the night, once again
has been sold for daylight
