Life
Everything is perishable
so is life
for what today is present
could be tomorrow
vanished into thin air
Life is only a moment in time
a minuscule tiny fraction
that's all what it is
And yet is todays life
responsible for new life to be born
Life has the duty
For the future to live on
even when life itself is getting older
and it's nearly time to move on

Life is only a moment in time, ............. yes, life is transitory and transformative as our soul is immortal. Through death our body dies but not our soul. Humans and lower animals are not the same. humans are the greatest in creations / creatures. Humans should try to know Almighty God, His creations / creatures / universe, .................. some great aims are behind the creating of the universe, ................... thanks for sharing the poem with us here in poem hunter, ++++++++++++ 10
Life has a duty. I thought about this just the other day when they talked about man going to mars on the news. I thought, why should we care, but maybe, life has a duty. Good One Mario

This is true that everything in this material is perishable. Human body is also perishable. In front of cosmic time life's time is very short really. Life has duty and future plan. We should understand this carefully and use time carefully. Nice poem you have shared...10
