When Birds Fly Away - Poem by Walter C. Edwards

When birds fly away,
do they still love you,
when they hear voice calling,
are they following you,
wing tips spiraling,
to heart shapes,
just a morning dove,
still in love with you,
eternally so,
then they just fly away.
