What If... Poem by Winifred Whi

What If...

When the bright sun beam shines on your rosy cheek
I prepared for your favorite soup with fresh greens
I'll say, Its a good morning dear

There is creamy cheese with a baked photato
And also, you could see a bundle of dewy white bell flowers
That I picked for you in the foggy garden

I'll put my wet hands into your warm chest
Then I'll tell you what was happening to our garden
I found turnip sprout newly growing besides of tiny mushrooms

And during the night when I was asleep in your cozy arms
The raspberry cane becomes greener like our dreams
I tip toe not awakened living things from their peaceful sleep

Alas, I forgot you are not here anymore
Everythings are changed
The day after you left me all alone in the dark
