What Do I Really Need?



upon a dining table
i too, ask myself,

what do i really need?

one fried dried fish
a cup of steamed brown rice
a pinch of salt
five drops of coconut vinegar

a glass of water

and then the much needed
rest for the night

& with you
my bare hands
