What Dark Matters Poem by Gary Fellows

What Dark Matters

Deep dark blackness
Bleak black darkness
Those timeless wonders
Of Red-Shift madness

Twinkling lights so tiny
Belay a vastness of reality
Massive and magnificent
Beyond a view of banality

Super clouds of supernovae
Empires of finite dust
Fusing time together
Forms life as it must

Energy dark and so old
Unseen and untold
In spaces so bleak
In places so cold

What lies far beyond
Few know and few care
What dark matters
Who think and who dares
