Walking In Peace (Heather Heyer) Poem by Randy McClave

Walking In Peace (Heather Heyer)

She did not fire a gun
Instead, she marched in peace,
From bigotry she would not run
Her life then did cease.
She made her final stand
Against bigotry she was murdered,
Now she is holding liberty's hand
But, sadly evil was furthered.
