Waiting For That Moment Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Waiting For That Moment

Watching other people live, smiling, happy, positive, loved
and cared for, knowing that is not what is being done because
of dementia's abuse.

A total horrifying way of living in this world, dangerous also,
not knowing when they're going to snap and go berserk, watching.
waiting, prepared to do what needs to be done to prepare self
for that moment.
